I’ve never seen another so I'd guess an import. There are few pickups sold in France. I saw a Ranger today and it's the first I recall seeing after a week here.

Great truck. Hope they’re not driving it in Paris. Parking would be a major challenge (from what I recall of the tiny parking spots in Paris).

American cars were and still are a regular (I wouldn’t say common but you get my point) sight on european roads. Until the 1970s or so a lot of them were also sold through the european dealer networks though not always officially listed. In some cases these american cars were even assembled locally from CKD kits, such as Chevrolet i Switzerland.
